The Manaslu Region is one of the most stunning trekking destinations in Nepal. The Manaslu Himalayan trekking route (8,163 m / 26,781 ft) was opened to trekkers in 1992. It offers a rich blend of cultural heritage and natural beauty. It is located in the Gorkha District of Nepal. Mount Manaslu was first successfully climbed by Toshio Imanishi on 9 May 1956.
